Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services and memberships purchased from Ark Genesis.

Individual Services

Payment is made in exchange for the performance of the service purchased.

If you choose to cancel your scheduled service before Ark Genesis has begun performing the work, you may request a full refund.

Once work on your service has begun or the service has been completed, payment is final and non-refundable.

Completed Services

Refunds will not be issued after a service has been performed because:

• You did not consciously feel or perceive energetic work taking place.
• You did not experience an expected sensation, change, or result.
• You disagree with or are dissatisfied with information received during a reading or session.
• A particular question, issue, root cause, or desired information was not accessible during the session.
• The service did not produce the outcome you hoped for.

Individual experiences and responses to spiritual and energetic work vary. No particular experience, sensation, information, result, timeline, or outcome is guaranteed.

The absence of a consciously perceived shift does not mean that the agreed-upon service was not performed.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule before work on your service has begun, please contact Ark Genesis by email.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

If Ark Genesis needs to reschedule your service, you will be offered an alternative date.

When Ark Genesis Cannot Perform a Service

Ark Genesis reserves the right to determine that a requested service cannot appropriately be performed.

If Ark Genesis determines before beginning the work that it is unable to provide the service you purchased, you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative arrangement acceptable to you.

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party payment services.

Any separate processing times, payment reversals, or technical procedures imposed by a payment provider may be subject to that provider’s own policies.

Refund eligibility will be determined according to the status of the service or membership at the time the cancellation request is received.
